Our Story

Welcome to Barbell Lounge Maidenhead, where gym culture is a way of life.

Our gym is a place where the dedicated and ambitious, come together to hustle, grind, and commit to their training.

Our members are a total mix of all walks of life, with different levels of training experience, making Barbell Lounge an inclusive, fun and safe place for anyone to work out in!

Our community is about inclusivity. Working out is hard enough without having to worry about busy gym floors, unhelpful staff and average equipment.

At Barbell Lounge we care about your workout experience and we are here to help you take your workouts to the next level!

TOP FLOOR

The Lounge

First impressions matter and here you are greeted with a smile at our reception and lounge bar.

Pre workouts, Coffee, Intra, Snacks & Protein Shakes are all on the menu.

Have some work to do? Our over 18+ policy ensures our lounge is a calm, focused place to prepare or unwind.

Use our high speed wifi, various tables all equipped with plugs and charging points.

Machines

Our hand selected kit list means we have everything you need and more to get a 10/10 workout.

Our vast selection of kit means you always have options at peak time (although it's culture here to share kit - so ask!).

We have multiple brands and likely some kit you haven't seen so grab a team member to show you more

Cardio

We have a great selection of treadmills, steppers and bikes to support your goals

Changing

We keep things simple here. Toilets and a single changing room with a powerful rain shower.

GROUND FLOOR

Free Weights

Our free weights area takes up half of our ground floor and is stacked with high-end kit, built to last.

Dumbells up to 60kg, plenty of adjustable benches (even one for each cable stack), fixed EZ curl bars, preacher bench & full adjustable T Bar Row gives you plenty of options

Powerlifting Area

Powerlifting is a growing sport and not many gyms in the UK take that seriously!

We have 2 combo racks, 2 power chains, 1 fixed bench, power bars, deadlift bars, squat bar and over 2000kg of Calibrated Plates.

So whether you are in the ABPU, IPF, ABS, we can accommodate your SBD and accessory work

3 Dual Stacks downstairs ensure you won't be waiting long to get your workout in.

We have many attachments, and many you may have not seen before so grab a member of the team to find out how you can take your training to the next level
